Ingredients:
1 20 oz can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 can peach pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups pecans or walnuts (your choice)
1 stick margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cooking pan with non-stick spray.
Crush or dice into small pieces the sliced peaches & put them along with the syrup into the cooking pan. Spoon over top of 1st layer, the peach pie filling - do not stir or combine. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the 1st 2 layers evenly making sure there are no lumps in the dry mix. Sprinkle evenly over the dry mix the nuts. Slice the margarine thinly and cover the nuts evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Great warm or cold.
